Your Personal Data will be stored in the School’s CRM database for a defined retention period starting from the date of submission. This duration is necessary for the purpose of data collection and is detailed in each form's privacy statement, which must be consented to before submitting the form.
The Personal Data you submit through the “Application Form”, “Contact Us Form” and “Request Information Form” are processed through the School’s Blackbaud admissions and enrollment management platform. Your Personal Data will be stored in the School’s Blackbaud database for the period required to evaluate your application, manage the admissions process, and maintain necessary institutional records.

Personal Data Transfer and Sharing
The School is part of the SABIS® Global Network. Therefore, authorized employees from SABIS Educational Services S.A.L., based in Adma, Lebanon, may access your Personal Data stored in the Blackbaud database solely for technical support purposes, further to the School request.
