Book a Meeting Form: The Personal Data submitted through the Book a Meeting Form will be used to schedule, confirm, and manage meetings with individuals who wish to engage with the School. The purpose of collecting this Personal Data is to coordinate meeting logistics.

The Personal Data processed through Blackbaud services may be transferred to and stored in the United States. When you choose to fill out the forms online and consent to receive our promotional materials, your Personal Data will be accessed through the Blackbaud platform by authorized employees from the School, who help us in providing you with these services.

The Personal Data you submit through the “Open House Form” and the “Schedule a Meeting Form” are processed through the School’s Customer Relationship Management (“CRM”) web application, which is integrated with the Website. Your Personal Data will be stored in the School’s CRM database for a defined retention period starting from the date of submission. This duration is necessary for the purpose of data collection and is detailed in each form's privacy statement, which must be consented to before submitting the form.

The Personal Data you submit through the “Application Form”, “Contact Us Form” and “Request Information Form” are processed through the School’s Blackbaud admissions and enrollment management platform. Your Personal Data will be stored in the School’s Blackbaud database for the period required to evaluate your application, manage the admissions process, and maintain necessary institutional records.

We have no impact over the duration for which data held by social network operators are stored for their own purposes. For details, please refer directly to the privacy policies of the social network operators.
 

Personal Data Transfer and Sharing

The School is part of the SABIS® Global Network. Therefore, authorized employees from SABIS Educational Services S.A.L., based in Adma, Lebanon, may access your Personal Data stored in the Blackbaud database solely for technical support purposes, further to the School request.
 

Disclosure to Third Parties Without Prejudice to the Previous Clause

We do not share your Personal Data collected through this Website with third parties without your prior consent, unless required or permitted by law. However, we may disclose your Personal Data under the following circumstances:
