Dining Services

Good nutrition is essential for academic success. That’s why ISM's award-winning Executive Chef Ted Norris and his culinary team take pride in delighting our taste buds.  Featuring fresh, organic ingredients, we offer breakfast, lunch, and snacks that meet the nutritional and dietary needs of our students.

Our extensive menu options are cooked from scratch with locally sourced and seasonal ingredients, including organic and farm-to-table items. Menus are customized to reflect the students' preferences while providing the nutrition students need to thrive.    

 

The dining staff not only cook, they are also committed to educating the students about cuisine so that they develop:

  • A lifetime of healthy eating habits

  • An appreciation for diverse cultures and foods

  • An opportunity to expand their palates

The dining hall itself is a spacious, open area where students can gather and build community with fellow students and staff. Floor to ceiling windows provide natural light and a view of the tree-lined campus landscape.


Dining Options

ISM Dining Hall lunch options range from the Daily Husky Line, which include a mainline meal and vegetarian options. Additionally, a la carte options including soup and plate du jour, grill station, pizza/calzone station, and salad bar are available.

Students and staff can take advantage of the meal plan (term or year) or purchase daily through preloaded accounts using ISM Dining Dollars.  

With ISM Dining Dollars your student will be able to purchase a variety of things in our Dining Hall

  • Breakfast (a new option this year) will be served daily from 7:30-8:00 AM

  • Pre-packaged snacks

  • Beverages 

  • A la carte items 

*A la carte options and breakfast are not part of the meal plan, they require Dining Dollars.
