Summer in Minnesota is something every school-aged child and their family eagerly awaits. It doesn’t get here quick enough, nor does it linger long enough. So, making the most of a Minnesota summer is a number one priority, whether it’s here at ISM or overseas in Bath, UK. ISM is offering the perfect way to celebrate, from preschool to high school, with two fantastic summer camp options.
Discovery Kids Summer Camp: Eight Weeks of Wonderful
Join several dozen of your friends for a summer of exploration at ISM’s Discovery Kids Summer Camp, starting June 14 through August 5, 2022. This weekly day camp on ISM’s campus runs 8:00am-5:00pm. Children as young as three (preschool) through 14 (grade 6) are invited to participate. Children are grouped in three age-appropriate divisions, including Counselor-in-Training.
Each themed week promises a variety of engaging activities to challenge the body and mind including yoga, swimming lessons, soccer, gymnastics and tumbling, art and music, world language class, STEAM room play, nature classes, and weekly trips to Bryant Lake Beach.
- Week 1 (June 14-17): Outdoor Adventures (4-day week)
- Week 2 (June 20-24): Going Global/Care for the Planet
- Week 3 (June 27-July 1): Around the World in 5 Days
- Week 4 (July 5-8): Celebrating America (4-day week)

- Week 7 (July 25-29): Blast to the Past
- Week 8 (August 1-5): Lights, Camera, Action

International and Sensational: SABIS® Educational Summer Camp in Bath, UK
If spending summer in Bath, UK sounds like a dream come true, then the SABIS Educational Summer Camp is for you. After being sidelined by COVID, the camp is back this summer at the breathtaking Ashwicke Hall Estate, a 148-acre English country facility just 90 minutes from London and Oxford and close to some of Britain’s top destinations.
Camp combines learning and cultural enrichment with enjoyable on- and off-campus activities all packaged into four camp options for students ages 10-18.
Traditionally, 200 SABIS® and non-SABIS® students from more than 30 countries around the world have traveled to Ashwicke Hall to benefit from curriculum packed mornings with carefully tailored academic classes; cultural, historical, and educational experiences; as well as many other exciting activities.
Program options include:
Two-week program (July 18-July 29 or August 1-August 12): This program is being offered for those who do not want to miss out on this great summer fun experience but are only able to join for a limited period of time. Campers can also enjoy their afternoons, evenings, and weekends participating in sports, music, art, horseback riding, trips, and cultural activities.
Four-week program (July 18-August 12): This program provides students with the opportunity to benefit from courses that enhance their academic performance and prepare them for the upcoming academic year, including SAT preparation for older students. All studies will take place in the mornings so students can indulge themselves in the afternoons, evenings, and weekends participating in sports, trips, music, art, horseback riding, and cultural activities, all in one of Britain’s most beautiful and culturally stimulating locations.
Public Speaking, Film Making, and Coding courses will be offered to students with a limited number of places available.
Manchester City Football Performance Program (July 10-July 15) for boys and girls ages 10-17 Manchester City Football Performance Program (August 14-August 19) for boys ages 10-17: Following the close affiliation of SABIS® with Manchester City Football Performance Program, registered campers can benefit from professional soccer training, which will offer them an exciting, league-quality football experience at the City Football Academy in Manchester City.
SAT preparation and University Orientation Program (July 18-July 29 or August 1-August 12): This program is designed for University Orientation and SAT preparation and is offered to students in grades 10 and 11. Students will visit top universities in the U.K. and can also enjoy their time in the afternoons, evenings, and weekends participating in sports, music, art, horseback riding, trips, and cultural activities.
